After all, you’re in this to make as much money as possible. With this package, I’ll provide a 2-hour onsite walk-through of your project. We’ll discuss the type of buyer you can expect and what they’ll be expecting in terms of style and finishes, what your budget is, and what your timelines are. Then I’ll put together a cohesive, high-design plan with finish selections for the flooring, color scheme, tile, hardware, lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and vanities. You can then source the materials and implement the design to make your flip stand out.
